Description: Sopal OE is 100% active surfactant concentrate made from anionic and nonionic components. Sopal OE is powerful oil emulsifier that is compatible with a large range of solvents for dilution to desired activity level. Emulsified residues rinse freely with water with moderate foaming and are generally non harmful to vinyl and porous stone surfaces.
